When we suffer from low-self esteem and lack of self-realization, it can lead to serious insecurity and a compulsive need to over-apologize. Despite what you may think, though, this over-apologizing won’t ingratiate you to others, and it won’t make your life more cohesive. Instead, it alienates you from the people you love most. It prevents you from being trusted and it prevents you from being soon as you truly are.
Want stronger friendships and intimate relationships? Make space for yourself and stop apologizing.
