Sure, the world is a chaotic place right now. That’s not the only reason we’re feeling so sad, though.

Human emotions are complex, and they’re intimately attached to the experiences we undergo in our environments. While you may be sad about coronavirus chaos or the continued political turmoil, there’s also a number of other issues in your life which may be bringing you down. Getting past them requires that we get honest first, however, and commit to bettering our lives through mindful intention and emotional awareness.
