Changing your mindset? A pointless endeavor. You’re perfectly fine where you’re at, after all. You’re happy all the time. Didn’t your thinking get you where are right at this moment? Didn’t it impact every relationship and career decision that brought you here? You’re perfectly happy with your life, and you should be. You have everything you ever needed, and you didn’t even have to work for it. Life is good and all self-help is absolute rubbish.

How they trap you.

Now, I know you’re busy yelling at a stranger on the internet, but hear me out. This is an important topic that I think could really benefit you. You see, it’s not really your fault that you’re tempted into the self-help trap — despite your very obvious happiness. It all comes down to your brain. It likes to trick you and trap you into thinking that things could be better (when they obviously couldn’t be). And self-help gurus, writers, and coaches…we know this. We exploit that flaw in your brain and use it to improve the quality of your life.

We teach you how to break out of the toxic habits your parents taught
