Goal setting isn’t rocket science. And unless you’ve been living under a rock, you know that a good goal is one that is specific, measurable, achievable, relevant, and timely. When you give yourself nothing but a vague benchmark, you end up wandering in the desert with no way to know if you’re heading in the right direction. Getting beyond this is a matter of asking yourself the right questions.
