Our thoughts are usually the deciding factor in how a situation plays out. When we’re facing a tough situation, we often allow negative thoughts to further increase the stress and discomfort we’re in. Many of these thoughts are both unhelpful and untrue. If we want to relate better to ourselves and the world around us, we have to consider these unhelpful thoughts (as well as more positive ways to reframe them).
