Self-care shouldn’t be a once-a-year affair for you. It should be a part of your weekly routine (if not your everyday routine). Are you making room to nurture yourself? Don’t get bogged down and overwhelmed. Find peace by spending quality time reflecting, recharging, and actively finding fulfifllment in yourself.
