A. There are so many ways to give your mental health an instant boost, but keeping yourself at a high is something that requires a lot of mindful and intentional focus.
On a superficial level, you can get outside in nature (even when it’s cold) for just 20 minutes to notice an immediate improvement in mental health. Likewise, an impromptu call to someone you love, or even a quick bath or 10 minute journaling session can do the trick. Getting physical with your body is also a great way to give yourself a mental health boost quick-smart.
