We are quickly approaching the 2 year mark since the start of COVID pandemic. Two whole years of lockdowns, social distancing, quarantines, isolation, masks, hand sanitizer, limited travel, and even loved ones dying alone in hospital. There’s no denying the indelible scar this experience has left on every life touched by it. We have been changed by this pandemic, and we will continue to be changed by it. With no apparent end in sight, what toll will this take on our personalities and the way we shape our lives?

How the pandemic has changed your personality.

The pandemic has brought with it changes both good and bad — and that includes that changes to our personalities. For some, lockdowns, quarantines, and restrictions have provided the slowdown needed to consider who they are and what they want. For others, isolation has led to increased pessimism and a downward trend in all their worst behaviors.
