Anger toward your parents hurts no one but yourself.

Are you harboring hurts over a childhood that was dysfunctional or abusive? Do you feel like your parents failed you? When we grow up hard, we often grow up angry at the people who raised us. Clinging to this anger hurts no one but ourselves, though. In order to move on, we have to allow ourselves to let go of the rage that’s holding us back.
